Decision and Award

When the quotes or tender bids are received, the procurement officer and the evaluation team will evaluate against the award criteria set out in the Contract Notice and make the decision to award the contract.

Before awarding the contract the procurement officer may raise some questions (tender clarifications) on the bid content or undertake some further negotiation with the bidder.
